Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Entrepreneur Association of India ("EAI") is a Section 8, not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development. All payments received by EAI are related to membership fees, voluntary contributions, donations, or supporter/participation.
By making any payment to EAI, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to EAI are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Once membership is approved and the membership fee is paid, no request for cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Contributions, Donations, and Sponsorships
All voluntary contributions, donations, and sponsorship amounts paid to EAI are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Such payments are made voluntarily to support EAI’s objectives and activities and are not in exchange for any commercial goods or services.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate payments or genuine clerical errors, EAI may consider processing a refund.
The decision to issue a refund will be made solely at the discretion of EAI after reviewing all relevant facts and circumstances.
If a refund is approved, the refund process will commence within seven (7) working days from the date of approval.
4. Event Participation Fees
For certain programs, workshops, or events organized by EAI where participation fees apply, the specific terms of refund or cancellation (if any) will be clearly mentioned in the event guidelines.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all such participation fees are also non-refundable.
